Join La Jolla Music Society Season 37 and expand the definition of art in the 21st century.

Our 36th season is a double celebration: of the world-class ensembles and artists that call Southern California home, and of internationally-renowned artists who visit San Diego because they want to play for the exceptional audiences they find here.

Our journey around the world of music during SummerFest 2004 has come to a close.  We experienced exciting new works by Chen Yi and Bright Sheng; we visited Latin America through the tonal palettes of Ginestera, Chávez and Revueltas; and as always, enjoyed masterworks by Bach, Mozart, Brahms, Dvorák, Fauré, Shostakovich and our own American, Aaron Copland.

Not to mention a special visit by a US Supreme Court Justice, Sandra Day O'Connor, as well as a jazz legend, Chick Corea.
